Our trainers and our staff are highly knowledgeable and attend accredited seminars, webinars, and workshops to maintain their status as Certified Professionals. The animal welfare industry is ever evolving. We strive to keep our trainers, and staff up to date on current training methods.
The Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers® (CCPDT®), established in 2001, is the leading independent certifying organization for the dog training profession. The CCPDT is the leader in the development of rigorous exams to demonstrate mastery of humane, science-based dog training practices. At Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior (KPA) we teach effective force-free training in all of our courses. Saturday-Sunday
9am-10am 4pm-5pm
HOLIDAYS:
We are CLOSED for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. We still offer overnight boarding services for clients on these holidays but do not run our day training programs, private sessions, or group classes. All other holidays we run business as usual. Please understand our cancellation policy still applies to other holidays, so be sure to give us an advance notice if your dog is not attending on another holiday. Thank you!

Our Services
Our facility features a variety of full sized kennels, perfect for any size dog! We have several large fenced areas for your dogs to socialize or relax!
We strive to work with dogs with all different types of behavioral needs. Some dogs prefer more socialization then others, and that's okay! We offer one-on-one play-time, as well as solo enrichment! Your dog will never be in large, over-populated playgroup!
We offer a variety of training options from group classes to private sessions!
